Your photography isn't the problem. Your business is.
Twelve weeks on the three things that turn a photographer into a business: how to be found, what to charge, and how to handle a client who is actually paying.
POSITION
Stop being available. Start being recognisable.
PRICE
Know what you’re worth and where the clients are.
PROVE
Handle three real briefs before a real client ever sees you.
You can take the picture. Nobody taught you what happens next.
The camera part is settled. What isn’t settled is what you charge, what you send back when a brand asks for a quote, whether you’re registered, what your contract says, and where the next job comes from once this one ends.
The jobs arrive when they arrive. The price is usually whatever the client suggested first. And when a serious enquiry finally lands, you send a number and hope.
That isn’t a talent gap, and no amount of better lighting closes it. Lagos is full of excellent photographers who stay broke for exactly this reason.
Twelve weeks. Tuesdays. That’s what this fixes.

- Graded in writing on promptness, quality and professionalism
- One mentor review of your finished portfolio
- Entry to the Losgiddy alumni job board
Month three is the reason to buy this.
Every business course in Lagos teaches pricing and Instagram. None of them let you get a brief wrong in a room where it costs you nothing.
Losgiddy writes the brief, invents the client, plays the client, and grades you the way a paying one would — on whether you replied fast enough, quoted properly, and delivered what you actually promised.
The enquiry arrives on WhatsApp, from a stranger, the way it does in real life. Not across a table.
The brief lands
A name, a company, a story, a budget. You’ve never seen it before.
You reply
Tone, speed, and the questions you think to ask. All of it counts.
You quote
Scope, deliverables, terms. Then the client pushes back on price.
You shoot
The brief is the brief. You deliver what was agreed, not what was easy.
You're graded
Promptness, quality, professionalism. Written feedback, no softening.
Not “knowledge.” Things you can open on your phone.
- A registered photography business — BN or LTD, filed
- A priced service menu with three packages
- Contract, invoice and receipt templates in your own name
- A proposal deck you can send tomorrow
- Three portfolio pieces, each with a client brief behind it
- A 90-day content calendar
- A pitch script, tested — 20 sent, replies counted
- One ad campaign run and measured with your own money
- Three graded client engagements on record
- Alumni job board access and referral pipeline

12 weeks · Tuesdays 2–4pm · 12 seats · 43 Maye Street, Yaba
Month three begins once the final payment is received.
This is the wrong room for you if…
- You’ve never completed a full photography course, here or anywhere
- You’re still learning what your camera does
- You want a certificate more than you want clients
- You can’t clear Tuesday afternoons for twelve straight weeks
None of that is a problem — it’s just a different door. Start with the 12-week Photography School and come back here once you’re shooting for money.
The person teaching you to run a photography business runs two.
Losgiddy has spent thirteen years shooting commercially in Lagos, with campaigns for Fireboy and Monster Energy and for Jay-Jay Okocha and Predator. Alongside that he built Losgiddy Media and Losgiddy School of Photography — priced them, registered them, staffed them, and marketed them.
The pricing in this course is the pricing he uses. The contracts are his contracts. The client briefs in month three are rewritten from jobs that actually landed.
FAQ
The Photography School teaches you to take the picture. This teaches you to get paid properly for it. If you’re not yet being paid to shoot, start there first — this course assumes you already are.
Two people. The first is a Losgiddy Professional graduate — you’ve finished the twelve weeks, you can shoot, and now you need the business around it. This course is designed as what happens next. The second is a working photographer from outside who’s already being paid but knows the business side is costing them money. Same room, same twelve weeks.
Yes — ₦400,000 instead of ₦500,000, or ₦150,000 a month instead of ₦180,000. It’s held open for thirty days after your graduation date. It isn’t a permanent alumni rate; it’s there to make the decision easy while everything you learned is still fresh.
In person, at 43 Maye Street in Yaba, every Tuesday from 2pm to 4pm. Being in the room matters more than people expect — the cohort ends up referring work to each other long after the twelve weeks are done.
Message us. We can arrange a remote seat for photographers outside Lagos.
No — you’ll register one during month two. If you already have one, we’ll restructure it properly.
Three full client engagements with clients who don’t exist. You receive a brief from a stranger on WhatsApp, reply to it, quote for it, negotiate, shoot it and deliver it. Then you’re graded in writing on how you handled all of it. It’s the closest thing to a real job that doesn’t cost you a real client.
Yes — ₦180,000 at the start of each of the three months, instead of ₦500,000 up front. Month three begins once the final payment is received.
It gets you the things that get clients: a price you can defend, a contract you can send, a portfolio with real briefs behind it, a pitch script you’ve already tested on twenty brands, and a room full of photographers who pass work to each other. Nobody can promise you bookings. What we can do is stop you losing the ones you already had a chance at.
Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll give you the date. Twelve seats.
Position. Price. Prove.
Twelve Tuesdays. Twelve seats. Bring the camera you already know how to use.
This course fixes the business. If it’s the pictures you want sharper, that’s a different room — and most photographers need both.
The Photographers Lab
Advanced lighting and editing for photographers who already shoot. Four weeks, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4–6pm. From ₦150,000.
Do both
The Lab runs 4–6pm on the same Tuesdays this course runs 2–4pm. Same building, same afternoon.
